Battle Hardened Los Angeles
In partnership with Legend Story Studios, Arcane Games and Events hosted the first ever west coast event for the trading card game Flesh and Blood. During July 16-17, hundreds of players competed for cash, cards, and glory.
For this event, we hosted a live stream that covered players, overhead shots, and the caster’s booth. This included a remote wireless camera setup so players could not hear the casting booth.
The other deliverables for this event included:
- Create a ticketing website (Battlehardenedla.com)
- Develop a player outreach and marketing campaign.
- Hire a referee and judging staff (10 total)
- Book the Venue (Pasadena Convention Center)
- Create a Side Events schedule for attendees.
